Restaurant Kastu was born from the vision of creating an approachable, modern bistro based on fresh, local ingredients. Fair, honest, uncomplicated and delicious — in aligning with Choice’s motto of Nordic Happiness of true meanings, authentic values and sustainable choices. 

We work with only the best designers from across the globe using the finest materials to create a new Nordic design language. We are proud to maintain centuries of woodworking traditions in Finland. Everything we do is “Made in Finland” at our own production facility by some of the best craftsmen in the world.
