Transportation cost for orders within EU is calculated at checkout. For orders outside of EU (US, UAE, Saudi and Australia), please, send us an inquiry at info@romein.cz. Our team will provide you with a personal quote for the transportation.

All shipments are insured for the whole value of the product. When the product you order is particularly large or delicate, it will be shipped with a dedicated courier in order to ensure extra safety.

Our standard delivery service is curbside delivery, but we also offer white glove delivery service upon request at a higher cost. This service can be requested by email to info@romein.cz.

White glove delivery is a special delivery service, quoted upon request, which includes multiple benefits, such as removal of packaging materials, inspection, transportation inside the house and to the desired room, and assembly of the product if needed.

An estimated production time is displayed next to each product in product page.

All our shipments are securely packed and inspected before the product is shipped to the client. 

We send goods to the EU by courier service DPD, FedEx or Raben. We send goods abroad economically by Fedex, UPS, DHL or another reliable carrier. 

After shipping, the client will receive a shipment number and instructions for tracking the shipment.
